Record and review your fight

The deployed 20261012-recorder1 update adds a recorder to Pause / Settings. It captures the fight with the current health, Guard and Super HUD, includes game sound, and offers optional microphone commentary. Completed clips can be previewed and downloaded to your computer. The same update adjusts Elias’s Super portrait framing so his head and hands remain visible below the meters.

From a fight to a saved clip

Open Pause / Settings → Record gameplay and choose Start recording. The panel closes so you can keep playing. Return through the same menu to stop; once the final video and audio data finish, the preview and Download recording controls become available. This public recorder saves through the browser to your computer and has no upload action. Download the clip before leaving the page or starting another recording. Your browser chooses the destination folder.

Commentary is optional

The microphone starts Off. You can enable it before recording or switch it on and off during the clip; the browser asks for microphone permission when it is needed. Switching it off keeps the game recording running. The recorder requests voice processing off and does not play your microphone through the speakers. Private tests used synthetic commentary to verify mixing and switching; physical microphone quality was not tested.

Keep the evidence in view

The recording composes the arena picture with the current live fighter names, health, Guard and Super readings, round information and match notices into a 960 × 540 video. Menus are excluded. The requested capture rate is 30 frames per second; the actual cadence depends on browser and machine load. The controls stay in the menu instead of adding another button over the game.

Elias’s complete Super portrait

Elias keeps his original Super artwork. The update changes only his portrait crop and placement: his curls, face, fists and elbows fit below the live HUD, with the lower waist intentionally cropped. Fresh native keyboard tests checked both player slots at desktop and 390-pixel browser widths. The 54-tick introduction, lasting 0.9 seconds of game time, and once-per-activation behavior are unchanged.

What was tested

The public release passed exact file and preservation checks, eleven live recorder checks and four live Elias hold cases. The recorder checks covered genuine browser encoding and game audio, final-chunk completion, preview, explicit download, retained clips, keyboard focus and phone-width layout. Separate lifecycle and synthetic-audio tests checked cancellation, delayed track cleanup and microphone switching without using a physical microphone.

The filmed setup

The film uses freshly captured gameplay and controls from the deployed 20261012-recorder1 website in isolated desktop Chrome sessions. Scripted native keyboard input drives Practice mode, which starts with full meter and refills health and Super meter. Nia and Ren appear in the genuine recorder-download excerpt; Elias and Ren appear in the two native Super demonstrations and fresh moving credit tail. The microphone checkbox is shown Off → On → Off before Start, and recording begins with it Off. No microphone permission request or commentary is captured. UI details are labeled close-ups of actual browser footage. Every scene plays at original speed, with no slow motion, held still or repeated interval. The 8.5-second downloaded gameplay excerpt preserves its original game audio mix; the otherwise silent browser footage uses the existing authorized Lastlight stage score remixed in Suno, without a second music layer over that excerpt.

Production notes:
Fresh actual deployed HTTPS gameplay and recorder UI from build 20261012-recorder1, recorded in separate private Chrome sessions. Practice starts with full meter and refills health and Super meter. Actions and positions use scripted native browser keyboard inputs; combat results, clocks, meters, art and pixels were not fabricated. The menu and switch are shown through labeled crops of actual browser footage. The microphone checkbox is changed Off → On → Off only before recording; no microphone permission request or physical commentary appears in the film. The native recorder download is a genuine 960×540 H264/AAC file; its selected 8.5-second excerpt preserves the direct game audio mix without added music. Silent UI, Elias and credit scenes use the existing authorized Lastlight Suno stage loop. All scenes are trimmed at original speed; no slow motion, frozen still, repeated source interval or interpolated pose is used. Both complete Elias introductions use the native 54-tick duration, equal to 0.9 seconds of game time; browser wall duration depends on scheduling. The final 12-second credit tail is fresh moving gameplay, not a loop. Phone-width review is a scaled readability inspection and browser emulation, not a physical phone test. Physical microphones and controllers are untested. Visitor statistics and service writes were blocked; human tabs and tracker data were untouched. Download completed clips before leaving the page or beginning another recording.
